With the summer season fast approaching we all feel like getting away and enjoying the sunshine and relaxing. The perfect time to get the caravan out and on the road, with all the planning and supplies gathered what could be worse than finding out you have a flat tyre on your caravan and cannot go anywhere. How do you change a caravan tyre? Who do you call? Call Driveway Tyres. We provide a Mobile Caravan Tyre Fitting service.

It does not have to be difficult and stressful, we can help you, we will come to your home, place of work or where you have stored the caravan and will replace your tyres for you, this will save you time and the hassle of having to tow your caravan to a garage and we can get you on the road in no time.

Some caravans will have Tyron bands and some will not, it doesn't matter to us we can change your caravan tyres if they have them or not.

Tyron Bands

If you have Tyron bands do not worry we can fix them for you as well. Tyron bands help when you have a puncture or a blowout or under inflated caravan tyres. They are attached to the wheel when a new tyre is fitted and they give you a short run flat option. This allows you to drive a short distance to a safe place without the flat tyre coming off or away from the wheel. The bands also hold the tyre beads in place which also helps prevent your wheel incurring any more damage on the road surface.

We come fully equipped to deal with the removal and replacement of Tyron bands.

Bit of a late review so sending my apologies! I phoned driveway tyres about two weeks ago to book an appointment to change my flat tyre I spoke to a lovely man called Mark who sorted everything for me he rang me back when he said he would and wasn’t pushy in making me choose the most expensive option etc (which puts me off as a customer) he even recommended a puncture repair but I said I’d rather a brand new one. The same day around midday (I called at 8:30am) John arrived outside my house at the exact time he said he would and within 30-45 mins he’d changed my tyre and checked the pressure on all the other ones! He even went to the lengths of showing me the cause of my flat tyre (a piece of glass had pierced through).... fab service, highly recommend, first time using driveway tyres and definitely won’t be the last!! Thank you very much Mark and John for your fab customer service couldn’t fault it ??

Fantastic service! A friend referred my number to him as had a screw in my tyre. within 5 minutes, Jon had called me and arranged for Mike to come in the morning. phone call from Mike at 0845 and arrived at 9am! No repair required and no new tyre. Mike even checked all the tyre pressures for me. very fast, polite and very professional. less stress for me
