Highly recommended, fantastic service today from Jon. Excellent customer service, competitive prices and arrived at the time they said they would and the job was completed in 25 minutes! I can honestly say that Paul from Driveaway Tyres was brilliant. He sourced the battery for me and came out and replaced it on the same day. He explained that due to my stop/start engine I would need a particular battery which would cost slightly more than an ordinary one. He did all the necessary checks, which included the car's alternator, which he recommended that I had it checked. I did and all came back fine, but he went above and beyond and I cannot thank him enough.

Great service that got my out of a difficult situation on the first day of my holiday! Picked up a nasty puncture on a run flat tyre, and automatically checked the nationwide names. They couldn't provide what I needed and therefore I decided to try a local firm. Spoke to John; it was pretty late in the day and he managed to find me some tyre options and could fit that evening. He called me back when promised and kept me informed all along about arrival time. Driveway delivered great service, even checking pressures on all tyres and resetting my type pressure monitor on the car. John gave me a good price and took all the stress out of what could have been a bad start to my holiday. I totally recommend Driveway and wish them ever success. It is the customer care that makes such a difference. i hope everyone around South Wales gives them a try.
