Outstanding, I called to deliver a parcel, my van had a puncture, they called Jon back from a job to help me, gave me a cup of tea while I waited, Jon got me back on road by lending me a spare wheel off one of his own vans, cos my tyre wasn't repairable & my own spare was wrong size, professional, polite, and extremely lovely people, who went out of their way to help a stranger in their hour of need. 10 stars.

I was stranded with a flat tyre and had contacted many other services who had given me extremely high quotes or said they could not help at all. Then I got the details for driveway tyres. They were kind, polite and made sure to communicate everything from the service they would provide to time scales efficiently. Driveway tyres went above and beyond to help me when I was stuck in the rain and I couldn’t be more grateful. Excellent service, great prices and very prompt. Great service that got my out of a difficult situation on the first day of my holiday! Picked up a nasty puncture on a run flat tyre, and automatically checked the nationwide names. They couldn't provide what I needed and therefore I decided to try a local firm. Spoke to John; it was pretty late in the day and he managed to find me some tyre options and could fit that evening. He called me back when promised and kept me informed all along about arrival time. Driveway delivered great service, even checking pressures on all tyres and resetting my type pressure monitor on the car. John gave me a good price and took all the stress out of what could have been a bad start to my holiday. I totally recommend Driveway and wish them ever success.
