Mobile Fitting Service

I made an enquiry on their website late Sunday evening due to having a completely flat tyre. By 7.30am on Monday I had a phone call to say they would go and get the tyres and be with me ASAP. The original tyres I had ordered weren’t in stock, however they gave me other tyres for the same price. At my house by 9.30 and gave me discount due to needing another tyre that I needed. So quick and very friendly, would 100% recommend!

What a fantastic customer experience- fitting 2 new tyres at MY HOUSE with less than 24 hours notice, and fitted after normal working hours too so no disruption to a busy schedule. Great service that got my out of a difficult situation on the first day of my holiday! Picked up a nasty puncture on a run flat tyre, and automatically checked the nationwide names. They couldn't provide what I needed and therefore I decided to try a local firm. Spoke to John; it was pretty late in the day and he managed to find me some tyre options and could fit that evening. He called me back when promised and kept me informed all along about arrival time. Driveway delivered great service, even checking pressures on all tyres and resetting my type pressure monitor on the car. John gave me a good price and took all the stress out of what could have been a bad start to my holiday. I totally recommend Driveway and wish them ever success. It is the customer care that makes such a difference. i hope everyone around South Wales gives them a try.
