Absolute brilliant customer service, cannot fault them! I would had been in a right pickle without them dealing with my puncture so rapidly. Mark took my call, he was friendly and kept in touch while they found the right tyre for the car. John came to my home and changed over the tyre, which took about half hour with everything. He was great, talked to me about what he was up to and also provided information about the state of the other tyres. I will definitely be using them again I the near future. Woke up stuck in Cardiff before a long trip to visit my parents. Couldn't believe how fast the response was from Driveway tyres. Sorted out my car and helped me find a good quality and affordable tyre. Couldn't recommend them enough!
